Admission Examination of NCYU Bachelor Programs of Continuing Education in Academic Year 2010 on July 18

Admission examination of NCYU bachelor programs of continuing education in the academic year of 2010 took place on the Linsen Campus on July 18. Of the total of 885 people registering for the test, where 299 are expected to be admitted, 49 are absent from the examination that result in an attendance rate of 94%. The examination proceeded in good order, apart from only a few candidates who forgot to bring along their admission tickets and had to complete a verification form and be photographed by staff in charge of examination affairs. Successful candidates for the regarding programs are scheduled to be published on July 30.

Departments joining this year's entrance event for bachelor programs of continuing education include the Department of Physical Education, Department of Horticultural Science, Department of Forestry and Natural Resources, Department of Forest Products Science and Furniture, Department of Animal Science, Department of Biomechatronic Engineering, Department of Civil and Water Resources Engineering, Department of Computer Sciences and Information Engineering, Department of Food Science, Department of Bio-industry and Agribusiness Administration, Department of Business Administration, and Department of Finance. The total enrollment is expected to reach two hundred and ninety-nine students.

Test subjects include Chinese, English and mathematics, all basically in multiple choices. Answers to the tests will be announced on the website of the Continuing and Extensive Education Department by 5:00 p.m. on July 19. If you find the answers to be questionable, please provide your personal information, the number of that particular question and the relevant subject, and explain in detail the reasons for your doubt in written form, along with some supporting documents, and send them first by fax to the personnel at the Continuing and Extensive Education Department at 05-2732406 first, and later by registration mail, within four days after the examination.

According to the school's staff, the list of prospective students is scheduled for announcement on July 30, and report cards will be sent out before August 2. All the students may check the website of the Continuing and Extensive Education Department at http://www.ncyu.edu.tw/extedu.
